While we do accept walk-ins we suggest you call at least a day in advance to schedule your appointment. We are a personalized spa, therefore we do fill up quickly. Saturday appointments or all day services should be scheduled at least a week in advance.

Our Mission

Our mission at Body, Health and Mind Spa and Salon is to provide the best customer experience, through professional team members, education, exceptional products and services. It is our deepest desire upon your departure from Body, Health and Mind that we have been able to relax your body, promote your health, and ease your mind through a range of our outstanding services.

 

Gift Certificates

A Spa Gift Certificate provides the ideal pampering gift for any special occasion. Gift Certificates can be purchased for a service or a dollar amount, tips may be included. Our Gift Certificates are available in spa, by phone and online at bodyhealthandmind. com. Gift Certificates do not expire, however there is a suggested five-year expiration date printed. If you come to that time without using the certificate, please give us a call to extend. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable. Gift Certificates can be used for the service purchased or the dollar amount available for other services as well as products. Gift Certificates may be transferred. Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service.

 

Arrival

We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first service appointment to allow time for check-in. Upon your arrival, you will be asked to fill out a confidential health history form, which will allow our service providers to adjust your treatments accordingly. Late arrivals may be subject to shortened service time or cancellation.

 

Cancellation Policy

Because salon and spa services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments. Our reception team may call, text or email you prior to your appointment for confirmation. Should you not cancel 12 hours in advance or if you fail to show for your appointment your credit card or gift certificate will be charged for 50% of your day’s total services. Cancellations may be made by telephone or email, including after hour notifications.

 

Consultation

Prior to each service your service provider will work with you through an in-depth consultation. At this time, they will assess your hair, skin, nails and body needs to determine the best possible treatments and products to use during your salon and spa experience. They will make product recommendations to help you maintain your look and feel.

 

Reservations

We highly recommend making reservations in advance, however, feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. You may book online at bodyhealthandmind.com as well. A credit card will be necessary to hold your reservation.

 

Lunch

Our lunches are catered especially for you. Upon your arrival, you will be given a menu to select your lunch preference. Lunches can include salad, sandwich, vegetarian and vegan options along with sides, chips, cookie and drink. A Spa Lunch may be added to any extended spa visit for $15 per person.

 

Parking

We have two parking lots behind our building for your convenience. If you require special assistance please call ahead, we will be happy to accommodate your needs.

 

Considerations

To ensure the ultimate experience for yourself and other guests, please refrain from bringing children. Cell phones and other electronic devices need to be silenced while in the spa, and please no telephone conversations inside. A quiet environment is necessary in providing a true spa experience for our guest. Any form of smoking or vaping is not permitted on spa property.

 

Payments

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and our Gift Certificates. Payment is due in full at time of service. We do honor some third-party gift certificates including Spa Finder, Spa Wellness, and Yelp. A credit card or gift card will be required when scheduling your salon and spa services. Gratuities are at your discretion and are graciously accepted by our talented team of professionals.

 

Returns

We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you decide that a product is not right for you, you may return the un-used portion within 10 days of original purchase to exchange for another product. No cash or credit card refunds, exchanges only.
