Janet, our fearless owner and founder, is the backbone behind Body, Health & Mind Center. She has studied at Tri-Cities Beauty College (Cosmetology), Holston institute for healing arts (Massage), ETSU (BSN RN), LMU (FNP). Speciality services she provides include Cranial sacral, MPS therapy, Venus Heal, HydraFacial, medical spa services, male and female Brazilian wax and much more. Her grandparents influenced her into her career path and her top favorite thing about Body, Health & Mind are the team, the clients and the atmosphere. Janet’s favorite flower is the Orchid and she believes to never assume or estimate someone else’s potential!

Kayla graduated from the Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology in Spartanburg, SC in 2018. As an esthetician, she specializes in Obagi/Jan Marini & Skin Script. She loves to make people feel good in their skin and to provide a safe, relaxing space for all who need it. What Kayla loves about Body, Health & Mind is the people! “It's the best work environment that I've ever worked in with amazing clients.” In her free time, Kayla likes to read, go to concerts, travel, listen to true-crime podcasts, hike through the mountains, binge-watch netflix.
